Week 8 Recap
$ League: Tough loss this week. Played the 3rd highest scoring team in the league and I was the 4th highest scoring team. Hard to complain too much, but my Buccaneers killed me. I had Graham and Bryant in my line up and couldn't get one TD between the 2 of them. At least I didn't leave a ton of points on my bench. I played my best line up except for the defense/st. I played Buffalo and sat J'ville and TB. J'ville was terrible and Buffalo was only slightly better. TB would have been the play but still wouldn't have been enough to win. I now stand at 3-5 and am going to need some help the next 6 weeks.
Salary Cap/Keeper League: Same story here. I had the 4th highest scoring team, my opponent the 3rd highest. Here I do have a complaint and it is with Big Ben. He was terrible and I sat Matt Ryan in favor of him. Even if I had started Ryan and not Roethlisberger I still would have loss, but it would have been a lot closer.
Week 9 Preview
$ League: Two dilemmas here. Do I play Warner at St. Louis or Orton home against the terrible Lions pass defense? I'm thinking I play the hot hand and stick with Warner. Also, Addai might play this week. I need to monitor this, but even if he does play how much does he play? For now I'm keeping Rhodes in my line-up. He actually had a decent game on MNF against a good Titan run D. I think I have three good D/ST option with Buffalo at home playing the Jets, Tb at K.C., and J'ville at Cincy. Right now i think it is a toss up between Buffalo and TB.
S.C./Keeper League: Again it comes down who to play at QB. Big Ben, A. Rodgers or Matt Ryan. I'm, going to have to think about this one a little bit.

I've predicted Matt Ryan to throw for 149 yds, 0 TDs, 3 picks, and lose a fumble, but that's just beause my neighbor cock blocked me and took him. I am sure he will blow up because I was going to get him for this week. That's how it fucking goes!
I just traded Steve Slaton for Aaron Rodgers and Kevin Curtis. I think that I did well.
Since I lost one of my better RB's (Portis, Forte, and C.Johnson are still around), I added Ryan Torain to the fold. Thoughts on him? Rumor has it that Shanahan is going to unleash him soon.
All those are good RBs. I've got CJ and just keep waiting on him to steal the TDs from Lendale but that shit ain't happenin!
G$, I'd say that is a good trade. I think Slaton has some tough match-ups the next few weeks. And just having Portis keeps you competitive.
I read about Torain. And it sounds like he will see a lot more touches, but who knows how long that will last with Shanahan.
