Hey, UU serious question here. I'm a long time KSK Kommentator. I'm making a trip to Cooperstown at the end of June. This is starting to look like a day and a half in Syracuse. Having noticed your handle and your commentary, do you have any suggestions? I live in L.A. and have no idea what the upstate is all about. What is a dazzling urbanite like me going to do for two days in a rustic setting like Syracuse? Am willing to listen to suggestions. I trust you Upstate. That's why I have flights booked but no rooms booked. Do they have strippers?
@Laserguru, I'm in Albany almost 2 hours east of Syracuse.
As far as what to do in Syracuse there are a ton of college bars especially on Marshall St. Also, check out Dinosaur barbeque for something to eat.
Yes, do they have strip joints but I've never been to any out in Syracuse. Also, there is a casino about 45 minutes east of Syracuse called Turning Stone.
The Baseball HOF is awesome, Cooperstown is a nice town.
